Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Needlework Body Art. If you are not entirely happy with your jewelry, we accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be in its original, unused condition.

You must initiate the return process within 10 days of receiving your order.

All tags, packaging, and accompanying documentation must be included.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, except in the case of defects.

Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service team at needleworkbodyart@hotmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.

Complete the provided return form and include it with your return package.

Package the item securely in the original packaging or a similar protective container.

Ship the item back to us at the address provided with your RA number.
Inspection and Approval
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria outlined above. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Refund Process

For returns of non-defective items: You will be refunded the purchase price, less any shipping charges, within 3 business days after approval.

For returns of defective or damaged items: You will be refunded the full purchase price, including shipping charges, within 3 business days after approval.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or damaged items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item separately.
